I don't even know how many different templates, forms, and generators before I tried freedu.us. I was about to attempt creating my own form when I saw yours and thought I'd make one last attempt before starting to format and calculate everything myself. And then it worked!
Yours was the only one that actually did what I needed from calculating the unweighted and weighted GPA to including a notes section to fitting it all on one page (and more).
